    Case: Blinkit is facing a 10% drop in its daily users over a period of time.

    Interviewer: "Can you identify the root cause of it??"

    Interviewer: "That is surely one way to look at it. But the driver metrics have not been affected as no such updates relating to these metrics were launched."

    Interviewer: "Yes..that's correct. There were some updates in the shopping cart page that aims to improve the UX of the app"
    Candidate:"Okay I would like to Focus on these updates and then proceed to other causes. Can you tell me about.. "(choose an option)

    Interviewer: "Not really, the last library upgrade was 6 months back and no impact on DAU was observed."

    Interviewer: "You're on the right track. There was an increase in the drop-off rate in the cart-page. Can you list the possible scenarios that caused this drop as well??"

    Interviewer: "I understand that you're trying to focus on the impact caused on influx of new users to the app. However, it remains unchanged."

    Interviewer: "No Change was seen in the multitude listing of different products. Try focusing on the user interface impact of the updates."

    Interviewer: "Both platforms support the application in the similar manner and no recent changes have been made."

    Interviewer: "Certainly! Our competitors introduced new features in their business which got seamlessly integrated in their app. But the current root cause for this case is not related to this factor. I would like you to continue exploring internal root causes"

    Interviewer: "Yes..That's a possible aspect to this. However, all of our campaigns were directed towards all the regions uniformly in India."

    Interviewer: "No..This is bit far fetched. The government change didn't really impact the usage of our app,"

    Interviewer: "No new mandatory requirements were launched recently. The last policy change was the KYC feature which was made mandatory around an year back. "
